Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SkyWest, Inc.

Jerry C. Atkin joined SkyWest in 1974 as Director of Finance. Shortly thereafter, at age 26, he became the youngest President of a scheduled airline. Jerry has served as Chief Executive Officer since 1975 and was elected as Chairman of the Board in June 1991. He has led the Company from annual revenues of under $1 million to more than $4.5 billion.

Jerry obtained a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah, and practiced as a Certified Public Accountant for two years prior to joining SkyWest.

Jerry currently serves on the Board of Directors of Zion's Bancorporation, and is a member of the Utah Board of Regents.

He and his wife, Carolyn, live in St. George, Utah. They have a daughter, three sons, and three grandsons.

Russell "Chip" Childs joined SkyWest Airlines in 2001 as vice president – controller, and served as President and COO of SkyWest Airlines from 2007-2014. Joining SkyWest at a significant time in the airline’s history, Chip has proven instrumental in SkyWest’s evolution as a part of the world’s largest regional airline alliance.

In his time at the helm of SkyWest Airlines in 2007, Chip guided SkyWest Airlines through some of the industry’s most challenging times while keeping the airline’s workforce engaged and breaking new ground in the industry’s model. His commitment to SkyWest’s people, coupled with his management of the airline’s partner carrier relationships, financial planning and internal controls have proven invaluable in his previous and now current roles. He was integral in solidifying contracts and relationships with SkyWest’s major partners, and played an important role in SkyWest Inc.’s acquisition of Atlantic Southeast Airlines in 2005. His value-based, innovative approach continues to successfully create opportunity and provide value for SkyWest stakeholders.

Prior to his employment with SkyWest, Chip worked in public accounting for five and a half years as an audit manager, assisting many large corporations with financial accounting and SEC reporting. He earned his bachelor's degree in Economics and master's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. Chip resides in St. George with his wife Jennifer, their three sons and daughter.

Executive Vice President of SkyWest, Inc.

Wade Steel joined the SkyWest Airlines leadership team in 2007 and served as Vice President – Controller of SkyWest Airlines from 2011-2014. He was named Executive Vice President of SkyWest, Inc. in 2014. In this position, he oversees all contract management and financial planning and analysis for the holding company.

Prior to his time at SkyWest, Wade spent seven years in public accounting, providing audit and advisory services to companies in the transportation, manufacturing, software and financial services industries. Wade is a certified public accountant with bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting from Brigham Young University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Chief Commercial Officer of SkyWest, Inc.

Brad joined SkyWest in 1987. After serving four years as Corporate Controller he was named Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. In 2011, Brad was appointed President of SkyWest, Inc. & subsidiaries. In this role, Brad oversees the strategic development and operational and financial performance for all of the entities and investments associated with SkyWest, Inc.

Brad obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Utah State University. Before joining SkyWest, he worked in public accounting for three years as a Senior Staff Accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Brad is also very active in the community, as he currently serves on the Water and Energy Board for the City of St. George, Utah, and on SelectHealth's board of trustees.

He and his wife, Pam, live in St. George, Utah. They have two sons, three daughters and two granddaughters.

Vice President - Treasurer of SkyWest, Inc.

Mike joined SkyWest in 1991 as Vice President - Controller. In 2004, he was appointed Vice President - Finance and become Vice President - Finance and Treasurer three years later. In 2011, Mike was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of SkyWest, Inc. & subsidiaries. In this position he oversees structured finance, fleet planning and acquisition, information technology, investor and banking relations, employee benefits, risk management, and overall corporate treasury functions.

Mike graduated from Utah State University with a degree in accounting and finance, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Utah, and worked for Arthur Andersen & Co. for five years before joining SkyWest.

Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants. Mike has served as a board member of the St. George Chamber of Commerce, a board member on the Erin Kimball Memorial foundation, a Chairman of the board for a local bank, and has been involved in coaching youth sports programs.

Mike and his wife, DeAnna, live in St. George, Utah and have two sons and three daughters.

Vice President of Information Technology of SkyWest, Inc.

Jim began his career with SkyWest in 1977, providing ground handling and customer service support for SkyWest flights in St. George and later in Salt Lake City.

He earned an associate degree from Dixie College and a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Utah. After graduation, he spent five years in Denver and Dallas as a systems engineer and corporate auditor with Electronic Data Systems. He also became licensed in Texas as a Certified Public Accountant.

He returned to SkyWest in 1990 as Director Management Information Systems. He was named Senior Director of Information Services in 2000, and appointed Vice President of Information Technology in May 2001.

He and his wife, Rose, live in St. George, Utah and have three children.

Chief Accounting Officer of SkyWest, Inc.

Eric joined SkyWest as Director - Financial Planning and Analysis in April 2004. He was named Vice President - Controller in April 2007 and in 2011, Eric was appointed Chief Accounting Officer of SkyWest, Inc. & subsidiaries. In this position Eric is responsible for the accounting, reporting, SEC compliance, financial analysis, corporate taxation and internal controls of the Company.

Eric has a strong financial background from his public accounting experience where he spent seven years providing audit and advisory services to companies in the transportation, manufacturing and distribution, hospitality and software industries.

He has a bachelor's and master's degree in Accounting from the University of Utah, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

He and his wife, Annie, live in St. George, Utah, with their four children.
